MR. Sandeep Kapoor, Chief Executive Officer

Technocrat turned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience with Automobile , Finance and Real Estate Industry and insatiable thirst for knowledge and pursuit of excellence, stepped into the business world after eleven years of corporate experience.

His belief in the potential of Real Estate Industry in India led to the Launch of Property Affaire – Multicity Real Estate Exhibitions in 2002 , which conrtibuted immensely to the growth of the Real Estate Industry in India. As pioneer in introducing realty concepts , we were selected to organize Real Estate India 2005 in North America . The exhibitions were held at San Francisco , Chicago and Tronto .

He Is a known face on panel discussions in various industries forums on the subject of IMC and Brand Building. Has recently conceptualized a coffee table book;” Sense the change” on building brand through optimum utilization of 5 senses. The book was released by Dr. Philip kotler, World’s no. 1 Marketing Guru. His determination, aggressiveness, passion and marketing skills have made him earn a name in the Industry. Sandeep is passionate about cars, and loves to play golf when he is not working hard.

A V Srinivasan former Secretary General Cement Manufacturers Association is B Tech from IIT Chennai and MBA XLRI Jamshedpur has over 35 years of rich experience with leading Corporates. He worked with Eicher Tractors for 9 years as Zonal Manager and then 2 years with Hero Puch as GM Marketing. His next major assignment was for 10 years with Escorts limited, as Vice President and Head Marketing for Agri Machinery Division and prior to that with Motorcycle division. He has also been Director Marketing on the board of Yamaha Motors India Pvt ltd in 2004-2005.

Harpreet Singh post graduate from IIM- Ahmedabad and B.Tech Gold Medalist from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana has more than 27 years of rich experience. He has worked in Banking & Financial Industry, FMCG Industry, in addition to the Education Vertical.

Harpreet has worked with Educomp Raffles group, HDFC Bank, Mumbai as the Country Head- NRI Business and Wealth Advisory services, Centurion Bank of Punjab as the Business Director Wealth Management, Distribution and loans. In 2004, he has acted as the Vice-President-Direct Sales for Tata Tele Services Ltd. (Tata Indicom Brand, A Tata Enterprise). He has extensive background in Sales, Marketing, Operations & Risk management functions in various financial services/companies/banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital Services India, Citibank N.A, Johnson & Johnson ltd, Ceat Financial Services and Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd.

He is a sports enthusiast with Cricket, Athletics & Hockey being his favourite’s. He has cooking as his hobby and is usually involved in raising funds for special causes. Harpreet resides in Delhi with his wife and sons.

Mr. Vikram Datta an alumnai of IIM Bangalore has over 19 years of experience in diverse industries such as Real Estate and Consumer Goods.

Most recently, he served as Executive Director – Head of International Sales & Marketing of Emaar properties – Dubai . He was primarily responsible for promoting Emaar’s real estate portfolio in Dubai To an international clientele.

Prior to that he was Vice President of Marketing with leading real estate companies inIndia, where he successfully launched luxury projects overseeing the entire marketing aspects.He has also served as Director – Marketing & Sales for a leading South Asian property firm,Launching key middle-income housing projects.

In consumer goods marketing, he has served in senior roles at Reckitt-Benckiser on Dettol, and at Colgate-Palmolive on Colgate brands, where he focussed on strategic growth opportunities, Oversaw innovation & new product development, and launched 360 degree marketing campaign To drive revenue growth.

Post Garduate with 16 years of rich experience in Marketing & HR heads the Customer Service Support at Advent Propinvest in addition to Relations with the Developers . Prior to this she has been heading companies in the field of HR Solutions , Marketing Communication and Skill Enhancement & Training Institute.
