Manager/ Senior Manager - Marcom/ Creative : 2 positions

  1. To execute the overall communication strategy for the vertical/ portfolio and ensure implementation through internal and external team
  2. To execute advertising strategies in- line with sales and marketing plans
  3. Briefing the advertising agency for ATL and BTL communication campaigns.
  4. Assist in building & maintaining sustainable relationship with media & agencies
  5. Candidates should have minimum 5 years experience and should be a Graduate with specialisation in marketing/ advertising/ mass communication.

Manager/ Senior Manager - Brand/ Planning : 2 positions

  1. Ensure the timely roll-out of marketing plans for the brand across media, including mass media and below the line interventions. Support the General Manager-Brand in the conceptualisation and creation of sourcing and promotional material at the below-the-line level. Engage with vendors for quality materials at the best prices and on time delivery
  2. Working across cross- functional boundaries to deliver on brand requirements and ensure brand level support to critical functions.
  3. Ensuring cost effective and quality deployment of all marketing material across consumer touch points and geographies.
  4. Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years’ experience and should be a Post-graduate with specialization in marketing from reputed management schools.
  5. Candidates should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches and large activations, and proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.

AGM/ DGM - Marcom/ Creative : 1 position

Finance and Accounts

Associate Vice President – Taxation

  1. Should handle Direct tax & Indirect tax,
  2. Proficient in handling effective Tax Planning & Statutory Compliances,
  3. Adept in attending Assessments, Audits etc,
  4. Handling day to day compliances, transfer pricing etc.,
  5. Candidates with exceptional leadership skills,
  6. CA with minimum 15 years’ experience exceptions may be considered for outstanding profile but not less than 10 years,
  7. Real estate experience is an added advantage.

Associate Vice President – Accounts

  1. Adept in raising Institutional Loans, Project Finance & raising foreign loans (ECB),
  2. Handled issues for listed companies & handle mergers & acquisitions,
  3. Proficient in restructuring of business,
  4. Working Capital Management,
  5. Day to Day management of Funds & foreign transactions,
  6. Feasibility Studies of Projects,
  7. Periodical Budgeting & Contract,
  8. Critical RBI formalities for project exports etc.,
  9. Day to day fund allocation and management,
  10. Control over project payments,
  11. Control over invoicing and collections,
  12. Candidates with exceptional leadership skills,
  13. CA with minimum 15 years’ experience exceptions may be considered for outstanding profile but not less than 10 years,
  14. Real estate experience is an added advantage.

  1. Graduate with 3+ years of experience in inbound & outbound sales with a reputed call center.
  2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi language.
  3. Day-shifts with 6 days working, 1 weekly off between Monday to Friday.

Manager - Sales (Site office)

  1. 6+ years of experience in residential sales / experience in HNI sales.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. 6 days working with 1 weekly off based on roster.

  1. 4+ years of experience in residential sales / experience in HNI sales.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Design And Interior

Senior Executive - Interiors (Execution)

  1. Diploma in Interior Design with 5+ years of experience in managing execution of luxury residential interiors.
  2. Presentable & good communication.
  3. 6 days working with 1 weekly off.

MEP Engineer - Interior

  1. BE – Mechanical with 5 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in plumbing, firefighting, electrical execution & coordination of luxury interior execution.
  2. Must have worked with reputed builders / consultancy mechanical execution or luxury hotel chain.

Engineering Procurement and Contract (EPC)

Electrical Engineer

  1. BE – Electrical with 3 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
  2. Must have worked with reputed builders / consultancy in electrical execution.

MEP Engineer - Civil

  1. BE – Mechanical with 5 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in plumbing, firefighting, electrical execution & coordination of luxury project execution.
  2. Must have worked with reputed builders / consultancy mechanical execution or luxury hotel chain.

Safety Executives - Project

  1. Qualified in HSE practices with 5 years of experience and in training in safety protocols.
  2. Must have worked with reputed builders / consultancy.

Architecture

Architect/ Senior Architects – Head Office

  1. B Arch. with 7 years of experience with reputed builders.
  2. Experience in designing luxury projects is an added advantage.
